OUR FOCUS

At BBI Marine, our focus is shaped by what truly matters — to your business, to your crew, and to safe, compliant vessel operations.

We believe compliance should never be theoretical or burdensome. It must be practical, understandable, and directly supportive of performance at sea and ashore.

Our work is guided by three principles that remain constant: Does it protect your operation? Does it support the seafarer? Every solution we deliver must add real value — not just satisfy a checklist.

OUR PASSION AND COMMITMENT

Having served extensively at sea as a Chief Engineer and Navigation Officer and later assuming executive leadership roles within the global maritime industry, I also spearheaded the launch of a cargo operation startup in North America. During this journey, I assessed the existing support structures for the sector. It became clear that the conventional practice of ship-owner or operator-conducted surveys is costly, mainly due to travel expenses, and often constrained by the limited time vessels spend in port.

WHAT DO WE DO

Small operators often rely on owners, superintendents, or technical managers to handle registration, crew documents, employment terms, compliance, inspections, and HR issues — even when those tasks fall outside their core expertise.

BBI Marine helps close that gap with practical maritime support built around real vessel operations.

WHERE ARE WE

Situated in the Seattle, WA region, BBI Marine operates within the expansive Pacific Northwest and United States. Serving as the gateway to Asia, this region boasts deep-sea ports like Seattle and Tacoma, ports in Alaska and Portland, and a bustling trade route on the Columbia River. The Pacific Northwest is home to a thriving community of yachts and pleasure boats, not to mention one of the largest fishing fleets in the United States.
